    Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of your order. Estimated turnaround time will be provided when your order is confirmed.
  • Special & Bulk Orders:
    Processing may take 7–10 business days due to order volume.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

 

 

Delays

T Cre8tive Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages
  • Additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been marked as delivered, T Cre8tive Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

 

If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
